Intricate Automobile and Engineering Forged
Components of smaller range of 50 Gms to 5000
Gms of closed die forging made of carbon and
alloy steel.
The
in house R&D and Quality control systems
are the back bone of the company. The relentless
of effort to fulfill the order on schedule and
adherence to highest quality parameters are
responsible for the reputation for the excellence
that we have developed over a period of more
than two decades.
The
reputation we enjoy can be judged from the fact
that we have received many awards from the companies
of international repute, for maintaining high
quality and rigid schedule.
We
have continuously been supplying components
to some of the leading Original Equipment Manufacturers
for the past 20 years.
AS
PART OF BUSINESS PLAN THE COMPANY AIMS ARE AS
FOLLOWING:
1)Conversion
of heating media from Oil Fired to Electrical
heating / Gas heating.
2)Provide
additional Press line for forging.
3)Quantity
improves with quality.
As part
of improving the productivity, quality and man
power reduction for better utilization will be
major thrust.
The
company doesn't intend or believe in
instantaneous growth based on the
high fluctuation in the market. The
company aims at steady growth.
1) CONVERSION
OF HEATING MEDIA:First
aim is media of blank heating, present heating system of
oil fired to be phased out into two categories
i.e
a)
Gas
heating
b)
Electrical Induction
heating
These
will improve the surface quality and even reduce
the rejections and aimed at
closed tolerances. We have initiated regarding
the Electrical System, some of the organizations
who are on line have conducted partial trial are
in the progressive stage, after their successful
completion of, particular products of high
volume will be established with such conversion.
These will definitely give good results.
And alsoT
will improve the surface quality, reduction of
rejections. Yield improvement resulting in
competetiveness.
As
regards Natural Gas-the Government of A.P./GAIL
have already conducted survey for pipeline apart
from Reliance. Once these are laid the advantages
are quality improvement, Pollution Control and
surface quality, less scales and over heating
can be eliminated . All these will improve the
environmental conditions leading apart from the
quality production and improvement of die life
also.
2) QUALITY
TO MACHINERY:Once
the above systems are fulfilled in a phased manner,
for present system of Drop Hammers additional
production facilities can be created by
HOT Press Forging lineS and incorporate
the above system and phase out
one unit /utilize them ONLY FOR NON AUTOMOBILE
AND SMALLER batches only.
In
absence of the above first one, second one doesn't
given any purposeful effect / desired results.
The conversion
of Electrical/ Induction heating, Gas heating
will be completed within 2 years including
establishing system fully. Then in the
coming year
we can plan simultaneously press forgings line
along with gas / induction heating system.

above will enable the company to aim
at higher volumes of products/ components
with the well builtin tooling on the
press lines . Based on all these the
Company aims at higher targets to
meet the customer demands.
